  • a rhythmic based class with choreography. we use the music to guide and move us as one. you’ll experience a combination of choreography, climbs, attacks, jumps, sprints, and more.

  • a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and promoting balanced muscle development. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, our pilates classes are designed to help you build strength, enhance posture, and increase body awareness.

  • we work in a small group of 8 to help focus on each individual in the class. you’ll use a combination of dumbbells, bands, and more to help lengthen and strengthen.

  • an empowering vinyasa sequence uniting breath and movement in a series of powerful and controlled movements to build heat in the body and openness in the mind.
