rogue 45: a 45-minute rhythmic based class with choreography. we use the music to guide and move us as one.
rogue 30: our lunchtime class. same as rogue 45 minus 15 minutes to help you get your midday sweat in.
rogue no choreography: choreography not your vibe? our no choreography classes are designed to challenge your endurance and mind. from climbs, sprints, jumps, and more you’ll leave feeling challenged and empowered.
rogue strength: compliment spin with our strength and conditioning classes. in rogue strength we work in a small group of 8 to help focus on each individual in the class. you’ll use a combination of dumb bells, bands, and more. each rogue strength class is 60 minutes.
rogue donate: our classes that donate 100% of proceeds to various charities. a minimum $10 cash donation is required to ride. if you would like to host a rogue donate class, kindly email us at hello@roguecycleclub.com with more information.
rogue community: our community classes are a part of our training program for our instructors in training. come try out their class and support them on their journey to becoming a rogue instructor. community classes are on the club.
