  • choreography not your vibe? our no choreography classes are designed to challenge your endurance and mind. from climbs, sprints, jumps, and more you’ll leave feeling challenged and empowered.

  • Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and promoting balanced muscle development. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, our Pilates classes are designed to help you build strength, enhance posture, and increase body awareness.

  • we work in a small group of 8 to help focus on each individual in the class. you’ll use a combination of dumbbells, bands, and more. each rogue strength class is 60 minutes.

  • an empowering vinyasa sequence uniting breath and movement in a series of powerful and controlled movements to build heat in the body and openness in the mind.

  • our classes that donate 100% of proceeds to various charities. a minimum $10 cash donation is required to ride. Kindly note, we are booked until summer 2025, and we are no longer accepting applications.
